• ABS is the first acquisition in Austin, Texas, for Risk Strategies. The acquisition of ABS enables RSC to substantially expand its private equity focused retail operations in the Southwest with significant growth opportunities on day one. 

• The transaction will provide ABS with robust resources and significant support to position the agency for rapid growth in the coming years.
