• Beacon agreed to partner with High Street Insurance Partners (HSIP), one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in North America and a Top 100 National Insurance Broker headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan.

• The acquisition will allow HSIP to expand its footprint into the Illinois/Missouri markets and leverage the strong capabilities the Beacon team has built.

• The acquisition provides Beacon an opportunity to be part of a team where they can leverage each other's strengths and better serve their community. Furthermore, based on Beacon’s book composition, there are many substantial cross-selling opportunities within employee benefits.
