• Clarus provides guidance to clients on employer-sponsored group health plans, regulatory compliance, and an abundance of value-added services tailored to organizational needs. 

• Clarus has joined forces with The Hilb Group, one of the fastest-growing top 100 Independent Property/Casualty Agencies.

 

Significance of Transaction

• The acquisition of Clarus provides Hilb with a young and highly motivated team of EB specialists, enhanced EB capabilities, and an expanded customer base.
