• Founded in 2024 by industry veteran Jason Wexler, the Company offers Cross Border Trucking and Physical Damage & Cargo programs, using telematics and automated technology to streamline underwriting for for-hire trucking companies.

• Diesel agreed to partner with Novacore, a Conshohocken, Pennsylvania-based specialty insurance platform that offers more than 20 specialty programs through a network of over 20,000 agents nationwide.

 

Significance of Transaction

• Through this acquisition, Novacore expands its Specialty Transportation division with a fast-growing, technology-driven MGA and deep underwriting expertise in the underserved U.S.-Mexico cross-border trucking market.
