• Established in 2002, EPIS is a P&C Managing General Agent (“MGA”) and wholesale insurance brokerage headquartered in Slidell, Louisiana.

• EPIS specializes in commercial lines, personal lines, and products for garage and automotive services companies in the Southeastern United States, and amongst the Company’s specialty programs are a Garage & Auto Services unit for service and dealer operation risk, and a personal lines solution covering catastrophic property risks specific to the Gulf region.

• The Company agreed to partner with Risk Strategies’ wholesale division, One80 Intermediaries (“One80”).

• Risk Strategies is a top 20 National Insurance Broker headquartered in Boston, MA, recently included on Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America.

Significance of Transaction

• The transaction provides a growth opportunity for the EPIS team to cross-sell its specialized offerings to Risk Strategies’ national network, and will allow One80 to expand its offerings within the niche garage/auto and catastrophe markets in which EPIS specializes.
