  • The Company is primarily focused on lender placed insurance and blanket mortgage insurance solutions for financial institutions.

  • The Company’s clients include banks, thrifts, mortgage servicers and investors across the United States.

  • PCF is a leading retail insurance brokerage with a diverse offering of commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefits products serving more than 420,000 clients. Now a top 20 broker, PCF anticipates closing out the year with nearly $750 million in revenue and over 3,500 employees.

Significance of Transaction

  • The acquisition of Lawrence Victoria provides PCF with an opportunity to expand outside of its core insurance revenue steams and to establish a Financial Institutions platform. This acquisition follows a string of “out-of-the-box” transactions for PCF.

  • The transactions provides the Lawrence Victoria team with substantial opportunities to offer its products to other agencies within PCF's extensive national partner network.

  • Sica | Fletcher was hired to serve as exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Lawrence Victoria and explored multiple options for the firm before Lawrence Victoria elected to partner with PCF.
