  • Miller & Associates Insurance Agency, LLC and Blue Valley Management Group, LLC were founded in 2019 and 2014, respectively. Miller is located in Orem, Utah, and Blue Valley is located in Springville, Utah.

  • The Company is a retail agency that writes both property & casualty (P&C) and life & health coverages for its clients throughout Utah and surrounding regions.

  • Miller-Blue Valley agreed to partner with ALKEME, ranked by Insurance Journal as one of the top 35 largest agencies in the United States.

 

Significance of Transaction

  • The acquisition will allow ALKEME to enhance its existing footprint within Utah and continue to bolster its presence in the western half of the US.

  • The acquisition offers the Miller-Blue Valley team ALKEME’s strengths and network of agency partners. Its partner network and back office resources will offer the Miller-Blue Valley team continued opportunities for growth and new products for its clients.
