Jim attributes the company's successes to their goal of being a high-performing, independent firm and sticking to the basics: organic growth, strategic M&A, and operational excellence.

He believes that when you focus on nurturing your people to be collaborative and service-minded, and select organizations with the same cultural values, both the company and its clients benefit.
