S&P Global Releases 2023 June YTD Market Intelligence League Table
NEW YORK, NY - August 23, 2023 - Sica | Fletcher, LLC, a premier financial advisory firm, increased market share and continued leading insurance brokerage M&A activity as #1 on the Q2 S&P Global Market Intelligence League Table, a rank the firm has consistently maintained since 2017.
According to the S&P Global Market Intelligence League Table, Sica | Fletcher closed 51 M&A deals year to date (mainly insurance-related), representing a commanding 46% of all 2023 transactions and nearly double that of its closest competitor. This deal volume reflects a 16% year-over-year increase from YTD June 2022’s 44 deals, which accounted for 40% of all 2022 transactions at that time.
