• The Company, founded in 2014, offers customized insurance and risk management solutions to contractors and consultants with environmental exposures through two proprietary programs, along with select wholesale brokerage placements.

• Virtue chose ALKEME as its strategic growth partner, recently named the nation's fastest-growing brokerage by Insurance Business America with more than $150 million in revenue.

 

Significance of Transaction

• Through this acquisition, ALKEME gains a founder-led specialty underwriting platform with deep expertise in the environmental contractor space, proprietary rating tools and long-standing carrier and broker relationships. The transaction is ALKEME's first move into MGA program underwriting after more than 80 retail agency acquisitions.

• Virtue will leverage ALKEME's resources and national platform to grow its existing programs and launch new product offerings while preserving the family culture and disciplined underwriting that support its success.
